Learning made fun and engaging
EduPuzzler is dedicated to making education enjoyable through interactive games. We believe that learning should be engaging, accessible, and fun for everyone.
Built with modern web technologies to ensure compatibility across all devices and platforms. Our games work seamlessly on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
EduPuzzler is a project by Buraptech. For inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
These terms apply when you visit EduPuzzler, play a game, create an account, use an online multiplayer feature, or buy a Trash Comix product. EduPuzzler is operated in the United Kingdom by Buraptech ("Buraptech", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
You may use the free games and site content for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must review them with you and take responsibility for your use.
An account is optional. Signed-in accounts can sync supported game saves between devices. Browser-only progress can be lost if you clear site data, change browser, or use private browsing. We aim to keep EduPuzzler available and saves accurate, but maintenance, faults, updates, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service or cause data loss. Please do not rely on game data as a permanent record.
Product descriptions, total prices, delivery charges, and available delivery destinations are shown before payment. Trash Comix currently delivers only to supported UK addresses. Stripe processes checkout and card payment. An order is accepted when checkout is confirmed; we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly wrong, payment is not authorised, or we cannot deliver to the address supplied.
Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to cancel an online order, subject to the exceptions allowed by law. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order details. You may need to return the goods, and return costs may apply unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Unless a credit or licence says otherwise, EduPuzzler's games, code, text, artwork, branding, and comics belong to Buraptech or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except where the law or an applicable open-source licence allows it. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
EduPuzzler is provided with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses, or loss caused by your device, connection, misuse, or unauthorised account access. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We may change the service or these terms to reflect new features, security needs, or legal requirements. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live. Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected].
Buraptech is the controller of personal information used to operate EduPuzzler. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy request.

You must provide the information marked as required when creating an account or placing an order; without it, we cannot provide that feature. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising or make decisions about you using solely automated profiling.
EduPuzzler uses browser local storage for items such as your login token and username, game progress, settings, and shopping cart. This lets features persist between visits. You can remove this data through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out and erase browser-only progress. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers.
We disclose only what is reasonably needed to service providers that host the site and database, deliver operational email, process payments, or help us maintain security. Stripe receives payment and checkout information under its own privacy policy; Buraptech does not store full card details. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganisation with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires it, we rely on an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguard relevant to your data.
EduPuzzler is designed to be usable by younger players, but an account is not required to play most games. Please use a nickname rather than a real name and do not share personal details through usernames or multiplayer features. A parent or guardian can contact us to ask about or delete a child's information. We do not knowingly use children's information for advertising.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive a copy of your information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request. You can also delete your signed-in account from the account controls; server-side saves and sessions linked to it are deleted with the account. Browser-only data must be cleared in your browser.
Your right to object: you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop unless we have a compelling lawful reason to continue or need the information for legal claims.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Please contact us first if you can, so we have an opportunity to help.
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including salted password hashing and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this policy when our practices materially change and will revise the effective date above.
